Description

Reporting to the E- CRM & E commerce, and dotted line into the Director you will join the E-COMMERCE and E-CRM department within the Erborian digital central team.

Your main task will be to ensure that sales targets are met on our ERB UK site by managing the animation calendar, managing the back office (SFCC), and implementing various digital projects. You will be in charge of ECRM to engage and retain our customers.

You will also be responsible for ensuring perfect coordination between the local team in the UK and the central teams based in Paris depending on the project.

What Will You Do?

E-BUSINESS :

Sales & Animation

Follow up and ensure performances of the website
Be the UK Online Lead and market expert
Alongside the E Commer Manager Develop and implement the UK strategy and define sales targets
Analyse data from Google Analytics and other available systems to continuously drive improvements in the online user experience with a view to increase conversion rates across the Ecommerce website
Provide the data for daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure sales targets
Adapt strategy based on performances (reactivity & proactivity)
Definition & management of the digital and promotional calendar
Cross-sell optimization & boost of Customer Lifetime Value

Stocks & forecasts

Daily monitoring of website inventory to avoid any OOS issues
Forecast of web stock based on markets trends and growth objectives

Orders & customer care

Act as key liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and returns.
Identify any bugs with the order fulfillment process and raise issues to relative departments.
Provide product knowledge to Customer Care team as needed.

Website optimization & management

Owning all site merchandising and working with the Ecommerce Manager on a strategy to merchandise landing pages with high volumes of traffic.
Taking ownership for the creation and uploading of new products including copy, images, ingredients, recommendations and all product details
Brief and work with design team to ensure all website assets are on brand and delivered on time
Implement all online offers pages and ensure they are driving the highest conversion
Monitoring & optimization of the onsite search
Oversee and coordinate on-site SEO updates across the site with the acquisition team
Management of customers’ reviews via Yotpo

Central content adaptation

Ensure perfect translation of brand DNA and tone of voice in the UK market

DIGITAL PROJECTS

Digital central project implementation

Identification of pain points / opportunity (via reporting tools such as GA4, Typeform)
Follow-up of the central IT roadmap
Setup of central optimizations via AB Tasty,

E-CRM & LOYALTY:

Own the E-CRM planning calendar and adapt strategy based on current market landscape.
Work with the design team for newsletters and creation of assets in collaboration with the web designer
Definition of targeting and set up of the campaign in Adobe
Analyzed performance and profitability on a weekly, monthly and campaign basis as well as working on recommendations for future campaigns for each market
Optimizing emailing conversion
Development of automation campaigns (triggers) and optimization of customer lifecycles (anti-churn, cross sell, etc.) in collaboration with the central team
Implementation and optimization of the data collect strategy in collaboration with the acquisition team
Ensure the performance of the loyalty program and identify any bugs with customer service to provide the best customer experience

The Perfect Candidate:

2-3 years+ of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics.
Experience in Salesforce a plus
Experience in Adobe campaign is a plus
Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills - French as another language would be beneficial, not essential
Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook)
Beauty industry know how, passion for cosmetics/beauty products
Highly motivated and flexible - a self-starter who thrives on owning job responsibilities
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight timeframes
Comfortable and able to be operational and strategic with a solution focused mindset
Strong inter-personal skills, to build relationships across multiple departments and with international colleagues
Strong analytical mind and experience with Google Analytics
