My name is Natasha I am the Boutique Manager for our Cribbs Causeway boutique in Bristol. My role is to work within the Boutique to offer a moment of delight to all our customers, be an ambassador to L'Occitane and uphold our commitments, and to support my team with their goals and development.

Who am I?
I started L'Occitane as a Maternity Cover manager at our Cheltenham boutique. My contract was for 9 months but 6 years later(!) I have run three different turnover boutiques in three different locations, dual-site managed ,and supported my regional manager with her responsibilities.
