What I do at L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

My role is responsible for setting the strategy and driving the customer experience, brand and product education across all channels of the business. Further to this, I act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor on education matters, and responsible for providing ideas and challenges to management teams, acting as a catalyst for change.

Who am I?

My career experience has been anything but linear, working across different functions such as Retail Operations, Marketing & Visual Merchandising, Project Management, Retail Management, Television Production and Customer Experience.  I'm a firm believer in making the most of every opportunity and applying transferable skills and a high standard of work wherever I go - having an open mind and being both curious and collaborative is key.
