My name is Nan. I am the Boutique Manager in Blackrock Shopping Centre. 

Working with L'Occitane is about more than advising our customers which products would be best for them, it is also about believing strongly in the company values and educating our customers about our mission. I have been working in this Boutique over 3 years. I love to learn new things and I love to try new products from our brand. My love for beauty products helps me relate to customers and encourages me share my experience with them. I enjoy talking to customers to gather their feedback on our products, it is helpful for us as a brand and a team.
