My name is Kathryn. I am the Boutique Manager at the Metro Centre boutique. 
I lead my team to achieve results while also creating a fantastic and fun customer experience in-store.

I have worked in retail for over 17 years; starting as a "weekend staff member" and working my way through numerous roles to Manager. I particularly have a passion for the skincare and beauty sector. I have worked for L'Occitane en Provence for over ten years!
