Hi, I am Diana. I am the Boutique Manager of our St. Christopher's Place-London. 
My Job role is not only manage the store itself but also to make sure that all my team members are fully supported to achieve their utmost abilities, skills and goals while reflecting on L'occitane's commitments.

L'occitane has a huge part of me and where I am today, a family.  They believe in me and my abilities and that's why I am still here. 
L'occitane has an amazing commitment to its people, respect in nature,  giving back  and also its customers consistently over the years. 

Who am I?

I am  working for L'occitane in the last 13 years. I started as a part time Sales Associate to Assistant Manager role until 8 years ago was given an opportunity to become a Boutique Manager. 

I have a wide range experience in customer service, team training, recruitment and product demonstration. 

My passion is to look after my team, making sure that they can achieve their utmost abilities and skills to achieve their goals. 

Love to read/watch reality tv, anything and everything about property developments and discovering different culture related stories.
