My responsibilities as a Boutique Manager for L’Occitane are to act as an ambassador for the brand, effectively managing the day to day operation of the boutique & my sales team.
Driving sales reinforcing operations, team development, ensuring all staff deliver the highest levels of customer service , training staff on product knowledge & company awareness.
Continually monitoring boutique processes & procedures to ensure best practices stay in place . Managing stock, visual merchandising and driving KPIs to exceed store targets .

I have over 14 years experience working in Luxury Retail at Kildare Village.
I started off as a part time sales associate & worked my way up to be boutique Manager within 5 years.
