Fleur O'Leary

Hi,

My name is Fleur. I am the Boutique Manager of our Rushden Lakes Branch. 
You can find me in store most days alongside our fabulous team.

Our commitments to the environment and it's people mean a lot to me. I have a love nature and the environment and I feel I can connect with these on a daily basis through my job, along with meeting like minded people on a day to day basis. We have a wonderful team here at Rushden Lakes, we are a store that strive for excellence in customer service and encourage our team members to grow and develop in their roles. Their is a lovely community feel within the Rushden Lakes location. 

I have been working in Beauty Retail for 17 years. Starting with The Body Shop in 2004 as a Christmas Temp. I worked up to be coming a Store Manager and Joined L'Occitane in 2010 opening our Milton Keynes Branch. I have been based at Rushden Lakes since 2018.  I have loved the 12 years working with the brand and earned myself a trip to Provence to mark my 10 year service! I can't wait to go!
