I am Hayley and I am lucky enough to manage the beautiful store on Rose Crescent in Cambridge. We pride ourselves in offering a unique and genuine customer experience. We love the brand and the products we sell, and this is what makes it such a great company to work for.
Why L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
L'Occitane have key commitments that we all live by day to day, one of which is 'Empowering Women'. This commitments really resonates with me, not only because of the fantastic work they do with the women of Burkina Faso to ensure they get a fair price for the Shea Butter they produce but also for me. I feel empowered every day I come to work, I am supported by my team and by higher management to ensure I can do my job effectively and to the highest standard.
Who am I?
From working in Fashion Retail for 10 years, I joined L'Occitane in 2017 and haven't looked back. I have had the pleasure of working in numerous stores across the business and have been in the Cambridge store for the last 3 years.
