As Boutique Manager my responsibilities are to effectively manage the day to day operations of the Boutique and Sales Team. Driving results in relations to sales, team development and operations whilst ensuring all staff deliver the highest level of customer service as L'Occitane Ambassadors.

At L'Occitane we are a family! As the saying goes 'Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life'......we have a wonderful team who constantly support each other.Success stories are always celebrated and we feel respected and appreciated by everyone. 

Having begun my career with Brown Thomas in 2000, I developed a passion and drive for giving a 5-star customer service experience to clients and became aware of my ability to lead and motivate a team.Following there, I spent 15 successful years growing one of the largest cosmetic accounts within the Debenhams Ireland Group and in 2021 I found my dream job as Boutique Manager for L'Occitane. I believe that every step along the way has made me the manager I am today having worked my way up from Part time to Full time to Management. I love finding the best people to give the best service to our clients and seeing each team member love L'Occitane as much as I do.
